Opening of registrations for 1st year Bachelor degree programs in France

Do you reside in Uganda and wish to study in a University in France ?

To enroll for your first year bachelor degree, you have to first fill out the pre admission application form (“Dossier blanc”). The document is accessible from this address : https://www.formulaires.modernisation.gouv.fr/gf/cerfa_11443.do

This procedure only applies to the candidates :

  • Who are not of French nationality
  • Who are not holders or future holders of French or European baccalaureate

In your application form, you must clearly indicate your choice of program (one choice) and University (three choices). To help you through this, you are advised to visit the web site of the National Office for Information on Education and the Professions (ONISEP) : http://www.onisep.fr .

To be admitted to the first year bachelor course, you must have at least a B2 level in French. If you are not a holder of DELF B2, DALF C1 or C2, or TEF with a score of at least 14/20, you will have to take a language test (TCF-DAP) at a fee.

Please note that you have to submit your application file before the 22nd of January 2015 to the following address :
